Position Summary
ITT RHEINHÜTTE Pumpen GmbH is a pump specialist in demand worldwide, whose products are successful in international competition due to the outstanding variety of materials and designs. As an expert with experience and the highest level of material competence in metal, plastic and ceramics, we produce with approx. 250 employees at two locations, individually according to customer requirements for the worldwide needs of chemical process engineering.
Essential Responsibilities
-Order processing of projects and orders
-Project management of complex projects
-Important link between customers and internal departments.
- Project Controlling
- Participation in global ITT project teams
-Compliance with export control regulations and export law
-Ensuring adherence to deadlines for projects and orders as well as sales responsibility for ongoing projects.
-Coordination of project- and customer-specific documentation
-Execution of customer acceptances
-Clarification of letters of credit and guarantees with the customer and specialist departments
-Payment monitoring/dunning
-Adherence to the specified corporate objectives and guidelines (data protection, quality, environment and ESH).
Position Requirements
- Graduate of a technical college or university of applied sciences specializing in mechanical or electrical engineering or a technician with many years of experience
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of export control and export law
- Experience in dealing with different cultures
- Foreign languages: English business fluent, other languages are an advantage
- Willingness and ability to work independentlyHigh le
- High level of social competence
- Adaptable and willing to compromise
